There was some glitches on Telekom Malaysia DNS that affecting our video delivery from Amazon Cloudfront. The problems already being solved out.
On the same week, MyKLIK started to deliver Multi Bitrate Video using HLS streaming format. Turns out, the player have some problem playing on some PC. When the bitrate switching, the user experienced a black screen with audio. We swicthed from HLS to Adobe HDS and the problem gone. Maybe , the OSMF Player doesn't work well with MBR HLS.Now we're using OSMF standard video player, with no HLS plugin.
