New interface for mobile users

MyKLIK Mobile was developed using JQuery Mobile. Served MyKLIK quite well but it's time for update.

For the new version, we switched to Twitter Bootstrap 3.0, same framework used for Desktop and Tablet.

To experience it, you can browse using you smartphone ( iOS and Android ) to http://myklik.rtm.gov.my.
